About Wendy

Born in Vietnam and raised in Hawaiʻi, Wendy Do brings a magnetic entrepreneurial spirit and a deep commitment to delivering high-touch, client-centered service. She moved to Hawaiʻi at the age of three and was raised in Kahaluʻu, Kāneʻohe.

Wendy’s entrepreneurial journey began in Virginia, where she owned and operated a nail salon while completing her college education. This early experience reflects her drive, determination, and ability to build success from the ground up. For more than 20 years, her career has been defined by business ownership, meaningful community connections, and a steadfast commitment to exceptional service.

In 2004, Wendy returned to Hawaiʻi to care for her aging parents and start a family. During this time, she played an integral role in operating Vietnam Pho Café while also helping to grow her husband’s business. Her passion for entrepreneurship continued to flourish as she launched multiple successful ventures, including co-founding W Salon Hawaiʻi at Ala Moana Center, now located in Kakaʻako. She also opened Luxe Nails Spa at Kahala Mall, later expanding and successfully selling the business.

Through decades of hands-on experience, Wendy has developed exceptional strengths in communication, negotiation, and client relationship management. Her natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life, combined with her deep understanding of trust and service, led her to pursue a career in real estate.

As a Realtor with REMAX Hawaiʻi, Wendy is mentored by industry leader and CEO Myron Kiriu. Drawing on her lifelong ties to Hawaiʻi, bilingual fluency in Vietnamese and English, and an unwavering work ethic, she is dedicated to guiding clients through one of life’s most important decisions with care and confidence.
